Located just moments from Pamlico Sound, this five-bedroom/five- and one-half-bath home will especially delight kiteboarders and windsurfers who will be drawn to a community boat ramp with access to one of the sport’s most coveted waters.
Of course, it’s what’s at the home that will enthrall everybody else, starting with the raised pool deck vistas of the sound. Enter the home and find an elevator that makes move in and out a breeze. A game room, ideal for days when the sun is too hot or simply hiding, is located on the first level and features a pool table, four-seat card table, TV, kitchenette, and half-bath. Across the hall is the first of five bedrooms, a master king with private bath. A washer/dryer sits on the landing between levels one and two.
