Ground Level: Outside you will find a carport that can accommodate up to 4 cars, an outside shower, and a completely gated private pool. Inside is a Queen Bedroom with a flat-screen TV that shares a jack-n-jill bathroom with another Queen Bedroom with a flat-screen TV.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private bathroom, and deck access to the hot tub deck. Queen Bedroom with a flat-screen TV and deck access that shares a jack-n-jill bathroom with another Queen Bedroom with a flat-screen TV. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with ocean vistas, flat-screen TV/DVD, and deck access. Kitchen with counter seating for 4, dining area seating for 8, deck access, and a half bath.

Linens and towels are supplied all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTES/ LEASE AGREEMENT/ ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL FEES: Please read the RENTAL AGREEMENT during the booking process. Immediately after booking you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement to complete your reservation.
