Looking for an oceanfront vacation rental with expansive vistas? Look no further than Beach Begins, a beautiful, newly-refreshed home with sweeping ocean vistas from every level!

The elegantly decorated living area provides plenty of comfortable seating, a huge dining table, and an alternative sitting area/den. Sliding doors to the oceanfront deck and sizable picture windows provide striking ocean vistas and natural light. Dine al fresco while appreciating the sea breezes at the picnic table on the deck.

The kitchen is well-designed with quartz countertops, and all-new stainless appliances, including two full-size fridges. A half bath is thoughtfully located on this level. Head up the stairs to the loft to find a king bed with a TV and a full bath with a shower.

The mid level offers a king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, and a bedroom with 3 twin beds. Two full baths are located on this level as well. Step outside onto the mid level deck to relax in the bubbling hot tub with more amazing ocean vistas.

Pool heat is available for 2025.

Please note, the fireplace is for off-season use only.

Beach Begins is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing family pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet costs range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.

Located in Avon, this vacation home is by the ocean. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Surf's Up and Hatteras Island Boardsports are also worth visiting.
