The soundfront pier is shared with 3 other homes. Inside you'll find elevator access to all levels, a den with a flat-screen TV/DVD, futon, deck access, game table seating 2, and a kitchenette with sink, microwave, and a full-size refrigerator. Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets with a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to living areas).

Linens and towels are included all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
