Nearby is a convenient full hall bath, and two bedrooms: one with a king bed, and one with a pyramid bunk with trundle. The second level features three more bright and cheerful bedrooms, including two queen bedrooms that share a full bath, and a king master bedroom that steps out to a breezy deck. Upstairs, appreciate the top-level great room with a home theater system, peaceful dining area, and step outside the door access to the cavernous deck that showcases an ocean view and charming sunsets over the sound. With striking furnishings and decor, it’s simple to leave your worries far behind with a vacation at JAKE’S WAKE.

New for 2024: The chef of the group will delight when they see the refreshed kitchen. The top-level great room has new seating including couches and chairs. The ground-level bunk room has a new double bed to sink into after a day of fun under the sun.

  • Walk through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
