OCEANFRONT – Avon - Lush greenery and sand dunes make for a BEACH-N-VIEW at this oceanfront home.

A green grass yard welcomes you to the front of this home, take the well-appreciated trail to the beach from the back of the home and savor the sun. Or take a moment to yourself calming in the pool or soak in the bubbly hot tub. Challenge your family to a game of pool inside in the game room and make a fast snack at the wet bar with a full-size refrigerator with ice maker and microwave. The kids can share vacation stories in the master bedroom with private bath and a pyramid bunk, twin over full, with a trundle.

The second level of the home has three master bedrooms. Two king master bedrooms with private baths and ocean vistas and deck access. The final master, a king master with a private bath has a hottub tub and walk-in shower. The final level, the third level of the home has the fifth king master bedroom with a private bath. Everyone will have a seat at the striking dining table. Gather everybody and discuss the plans for tomorrow. Cozy up in the great room and watch a movie on the enormous surround sound TV. Slip outside to the deck and watch the waves glittering in the sun.
