From the first level up, this four-level home with over 4,000 sq. ft. of furnished wraparound decks accommodates your want to let go of daily distractions. When to book a Hatteras rental & When to go:

  • Summer months are high season in Salvo. To get the largest rental home within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group.
  • Property management companies often offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection.
