OCEANFRONT Frisco - Sandpiper Dr. SURF'S UP at this statuesque oceanfront beach escape with unique floorplan. A line-up of oceanfront bedrooms await most members of your event along with multiple gathering and entertainment options. Begin on the ground level with the game room featuring both a pool table and ping pong table, enormous flat screen TV with sound bar, BluRay player and game ports, full size refrigerator to store your pool and beach drinks and a convenient half bath. Beach access is simple with a path directly from the outdoor shower to the shared boardwalk to the beach. Sound access is available across the street, convenient for kiteboarders, paddleboarders and kayakers. The cavernous pool area is just steps from the game room where you can spread out and savor the Hatteras sunshine a close by Tiki bar, picnic table, grille and indulgent 6 person hot tub. The second level is home to four bedrooms and four full baths, including one with double vanity, Jacuzzi and separate shower. Choose from a bedroom with a set of bunk beds and 2 single beds, another bedroom with 2 single beds, a king master bedroom with private bath, and a king master suite with private bath and private Florida room with a single day bed for sleeping flexibility. All bedrooms in the home (except the bunk room) are oceanfront with sliders to the oceanfront deck. The third level of the home features the great room with striking vistas from the three-story wall of windows. Gathering around the sizable flat screen TV home theater system with game and aux/iPod input ports, BluRay player and surround sound makes for a alluring evening together. The sprawling kitchen has plenty of space for multiple cooks, bar seating and close by dining area with dining and breakfast tables. Step out onto the oceanfront deck from the dining area or great room to kick back and watch the glistening water. Also on this level is a king bedroom with oceanfront deck access and semi-private bath, and a soundside media room with 60" flat screen TV with game ports, DVD player and sound bar with sub woofer. Ascend to the top level of the home to find two queen master bedrooms, each with private bathrooms and oceanfront balconies. The open loft area offers a place to escape and do some indoor surfing at the desk or just gather and converse in the comfortable seating in front of the celestory great room windows framing grandiose ocean and sound vistas. Not only does this home boast handsome ocean vistas, but the narrow width of this part of the island accepts for sumptious sound vistas as well.   • Summer is high season in Frisco. Reserve your vacation home in Spring or Fall to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
  • The earlier you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Booking your rental home six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your family qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.   • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. .
  • Remember to include your furry companions! Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Pet fees or costs applied to your invoice.

Some things to know before you go:

  • Put the manager's information in your smartphone.
  • Upon arrival, note any issues with the rental property and immediately alert the property manager. Keep records of all coorespondence.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can usually help. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental while you are away, just like you would at home.
  • At departure, complete a walk-through to confirm you have not forget any personal items. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on good reviews to drive new bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective.
