OCEANVIEW Rodanthe - South Shore Dr. - BIKINIS AND MARTINIS both can be adored when you stay at this well-appointed 7 bedroom home with so many amenities, you'll need more than one week to savor it all.
Expansive wrap-around furnished decks are accessible from all levels, accepting for great vistas and ample reading and calming space. So many options with the beach just a short jaunt away or throw on a bikini and splash down in the private pool or heat things up in the hot tub. The kids will appreciate the first floor game room, where they can appreciate playing air hockey, foosball, and shuffleboard, or grab a snack from the refrigerator.
The whole family will enjoy watching movies and playing video games in the new media room. Two bedrooms share a bath on this level. The convenient elevator makes unloading all of your groceries and bags a breeze. The second floor features three master bedrooms. A fourth bedroom has exclusive use of the bathroom across the hall. On the top level, you can mix a martini in the bar area and enjoy the magnificant vistas of both the bay and the ocean. The vaulted ceilings give the great room, dining area and kitchen an airy feel, and sliders lead out to open decks. The additional top floor master bedroom has great vistas and deck access.

Getting the most from your budget:
- In the Hatteras area, The earlier your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation property six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Hatteras area. To get the best value, try changing your family's Hatteras vacation dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warm weather, , and greatly reduced traffic.
- Hosts sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your family.
- Property managers usually offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.
