The under-home screened porch with hot tub offers a shady respite at the end of a long beach day, and inside you can take a break from the sun in the first level game room with arcade games and T.V.. There's also a convenient full bath, a king bedroom, and king master bedroom with TV/DVD on this level. Head upstairs, and take your pick of 4 comfortable bedrooms. There's a king bedroom and bedroom with 2 singles that share a full bath, and two additional king bedrooms that share another full bath. Upstairs, you'll find one more accommodating bedroom, a king master bedroom with TV/DVD and Jacuzzi. Indulge in ocean to sound vistas from the top level great room with plenty of room to relax in the living area, ample seating in the dining area, and step-outside-the-sliders access to both sound and ocean facing sun decks. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

New for 2023: Pool table will be removed and existing area will be converted to a new seventh bedroom with two bunk beds. A game room will feature arcade games and a TV. Bathrooms and hallway will be painted.
New for 2022: Painted the entire interior of the home with the exception of bathrooms and hallway. Refinished the kitchen and kitchen countertops. Installed all new intelligent TVs and added LVP floor throughout the home except for the stairs. All new interior décor, new blinds, new ceiling fans and recessed lighting.
