OCEANVIEW Avon — Ocean Isle Estates — Life is a breeze when you settle into AVON SEA BREEZE for your Hatteras Island vacation, as this attractively refreshed seven-bedroom/six-full and two-half-bath home has everything you need to entirely relax, recharge and revel in the memorable moments this delightful modern setting will inspire.

Although the beach is just a fast walk away via a boarded walkway, you only need to step outside to the ground-level pool and six-person hot tub to seek relaxing waters for a exhilarating respite. An outdoor shower is located alongside the pool, as well as a convenient half-bath. Step inside and discover a ground-level game room featuring a ping pong table, TV, and wet bar with a full-size refrigerator and microwave. There is a new washer/dryer on this level as well as two bedrooms — a room with two singles and another with two bunkbeds — that share a full hallway bath. A ground level elevator provides painless access to the home’s upper levels.

Four more bedrooms occupy the first level: two master king bedrooms with deck access and two master queen bedrooms, one with deck access. All of these bedrooms feature private ensuite bathrooms and Intelligent TVs. A separate den area with deck access offers a comfortable space to watch TV or cuddle up with a good book. Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Ocean Isle Estates, a neighborhood in Avon. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore.
