Across the peaceful street from the beach with handsome ocean vistas. Your group will be JAMMAN BY THE SEA at this gorgeous oceanside getaway. The outdoor entertainment options alone are extraordinary. The pool area is outfitted with exotic decor including a pub table constructed around a palm tree! Seating surrounds the concrete pool with close by sunken hot tub and Tiki bar ready for entertaining with bar seating, barware and mini refrigerator. Two grilles are poolside and a huge grassy yard invites games of horseshoes. Fill up your beach and pool toys with the air compressor then after a day in the surf, rinse off in 2 outdoor showers and footwash. A convenient cabana half bath has a door directly from the first level deck.

Inside the first level, the cavernous game room greets you with fashonable decor, modren pool table, 2 flat screen TVs and a full bar with seating, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Adjacent to the game room is an alcove with poker table, and close by is the extravagant theater room with real theater seating and projection screen TV with Blu-ray player. The game room even has an old-fashioned popcorn machine making movie nighttime tasty and authentic.

The next level offers four master bedrooms, each with private full bath. The two king masters each have access to the deck and walk-in showers, one has a Jacuzzi tub. the other two master bedrooms on this level have 2 queen beds and 2 pyramid bunk beds respectively. The laundry room is furnished with 2 sets of washers/dryers and a folding table.

The third level is home to 3 more king master bedrooms, two with access to the deck, walk-in showers, dual vanities and Jacuzzi tubs.

The top level was designed for sizable groups with an open layout and multiple gathering areas. The centerpiece is the sectional couch framing the home theater system above the mantel. Nearby is an entertaining bar with seating, blender, ice machine and wine cooler. The gourmet kitchen won't disappoint even the most discriminating chef with tons of counter space, 2 enormous fridges, double wall ovens, gas range, electric cooktop and 2 dishwashers. The dining area seats 12 and has a buffet serving area to aide in serving the group. A second dinette can be found in the alcove seating another 6. Step out onto any of the three levels of decks for a calming time in quality deck furnishings. Ocean and sound vistas can be found from the east and west facing decks. Just one vacation in this home will spoil you for all others. You will be dreaming of JAMMAN BY THE SEA again next year.

Sticking to a rental budget:

  • The sooner your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season in Avon. To get the best value, consider changing your family's Hatteras vacation to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer pleasant temperatures, , and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies usually offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
  • Look for your local Hatteras area magazine upon checking in. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.   • Walk through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a wonderful vacation? Many rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental property and/or host was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
