SOUNDFRONT Frisco - Osprey Way SOUNDS FRISKY has something for the entire family. This Frisco soundfront bungalow has beachgoers, fishermen and watersports enthusiasts in mind. Take the boardwalk to a white sandy beach and savor the cool, calm water of the Pamlico Sound. It’s ideal for fishing, kayaking, kiteboarding, windsurfing, crabbing and swimming or just calming. You can launch your watersports adventure right from the beach. The ocean is 3 tons away and just a short walk across Rt 12. Parking areas for the oceanside beach and Sandy Bay soundside launch are less than a mile away. Off-Road beach access is available at ORV ramp 48-49 just about a mile up the road. After a day at the beach, appreciate an extraordinary expansive view of Pamlico Sound and the Atlantic Ocean from two levels of wrap-around decks or the 6-person hot tub. The ground level game room has a foosball table, TV, movies, games, full size refrigerator, microwave and high-speed internet access ideal for your in-home surfers. Two lower level bedrooms each have a pyramid bunk and share a full bath. The middle level has three queen bedrooms and a king master suite with private bath. The top floor features another king master suite with private bath. The great room offers vaulted ceilings, 42” Intelligent TV, DVD, huge dining table, full kitchen with a wet bar. Endless sunset vistas await at SOUNDS FRISKY your ideal vacation destination.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

When to reserve a Hatteras rental home & When to go:

  • To find the most suitable vacation home within your budget, we recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at Hatteras restaurants, tours, and activities.
  • The sooner you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked early. Booking your rental up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.

  • Lock your rental while you are out. Protect the owner's property and your things!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all of your things. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent feedback to drive new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will will be grateful for your review find their best vacation rental. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to solve it.
