Also on this level is a bedroom with a king bed and flat screen TV, and another bedroom with two bunk beds, a twin bed, and flat screen TV. Both rooms share a huge full bath with shower overlooking the pool. The first level features four bedrooms including two master bedrooms. The first master has a king bed, flat screen TV, and enormous private bath. The second master has a queen bed, flat screen TV, and sizable private bath with tub. Both bedrooms share access to a deck that faces the sound, overlooking the pool deck. Two more bedrooms located on this level feature queen size beds, flat screen TVs, and share a large bath with shower. The last master bedroom offers a king bed, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with tub, is located on the top level – the heartbeat of the home. Appreciate a well-appointed kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, and a 10-person executive-style dining set as well as a convenient bathroom. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. Sticking to your rental budget:

  • The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved early. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Booking websites usually offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Re-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed everything at departure. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a fantastic time? Most rental websites make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your property and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear about it.
