Laze around in the soundfront pool, and dry off on the sun and shade pool deck. Lock your items away in the outdoor lockable storage, just bring your own lock. Make good use of the fish cleaning station with an outdoor sink and wash off in one of two outdoor showers before stepping inside.

Inside the elegant 4,000 sq ft. home, be blown away by the luxury. Play a game of pool in the game room, or use the full entertainment system to jam out. If you feel like having a lazy day, play your favorite movie on the enormous 105 in. projection screen with surround sound and comfortable together on the couches with seating for 12. The first level has the first bedroom with water vistas and two queen beds and a semi-private attached bath shared with the game room. The waterfront deck features a bubbly hot tub, the best seat to catch spectacular vistas from the sound.

The second level features five bedrooms. Choose between four master king bedrooms each with attached private baths and flatscreen TVs. Two bedrooms face the handsome water, ideal for spending a moment in tranquility before starting the day, both with sliding door access to the soundside deck. Two bedrooms face the Kinnakeet Shores community. The final bedroom on this level, a sound view, has a twin-over-full pyramid bunk, flatscreen TV and a sliding door to the deck. Unwind and appreciate a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the deck and watch the wildlife in the sound.

The final level of this spectacular home opens to the roomy great room. The tall ceilings and high-end finishing elevate this home above the rest.
