Step outside to the shining swimming pool, cabana half bath and calming 8-person hot tub inside the Tiki bar. Outdoor shower is also available. Chase the anxiety away with your favorite movie in the media room with surround sound. This level also has two bedrooms: a queen master bedroom and a bunk bedroom with semi-private bath. Sweet dreams abound on the second level with four master bedrooms, two queen masters, one bunk master and one king master with handicap friendly features. The top level is really huge with a king master suite featuring fashonable architectural details, direct deck access and bathroom with double vanity, separate shower and a opulent Jacuzzi tub. The dramatic vaulted ceilings of the great room extend all the way to the cavernous kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area. Step outside to the deck for after dinner drinks in the fresh sea air. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
