Ready to escape for the ultimate family vacation? An Ultimate Beach House is just around the corner in impressive Sea Isle Shores. This home is close to the ocean, just an simple walk to a picture-ideal beach. Already configured with fresh furnishings, decor, and new carpet throughout, 2022 updates include a new hot tub, a new living room set, a 65' intelligent TV in the family room, two intelligent TVs in the bedrooms, a new washer/dryer, two new dishwashers, a new downstairs refrigerator, and six new chaise lounges on the pool deck. The ground level has concrete parking, a park grille, two outside showers, and a private pool (heat available) with a Tiki bar at the pool. On the first level, the complete game room has a pool table, a foosball, and a 32-inch LCD TV with Dish TV, a wet bar, a kitchen sink, and a full-size refrigerator. The first bedroom has brand new bunk beds for the 2023 season and a TV, and shared access to a full bath with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a king-size bed with a new bed, a TV, and a full bath with a tub/shower. Upstairs on level two, the third bedroom has a captain's bed and a TV and shares a full bath with tub/shower.

The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed, deck access, and a cable TV. A furnished den or gaming area for kids with 32-inch TV, a Blu-ray/DVD Player, and deck access to the hot tub is close to the laundry nook. The fifth bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, and a bath with a tub/shower. The sixth bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, and a bath with a tub/shower. The roomy upstairs great room has tall ceilings, plush resort furnishings, a half bath, and the ultimate entertainment center anchored by a 55-inch TV, a Blu-ray player, and a soundbar. The well-equipped tiled kitchen has a breakfast island, two dishwashers, an ice maker, and a close by oceanview dining area. Furnished sundecks wrap around the east, south, and west sides. The seventh bedroom has a king-size bed, a 32-inch TV, and a tile bath with a whirlpool, double sinks, and a shower. The private pool is open seasonally from 4/26/2025 and close 10/12/2025.
The pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Dates are subject to change.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 7 cars.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 60 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Sticking to a budget:

  • Summertime is high season in Waves. To get the best vacation home for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at Hatteras restaurants, beaches, and activities.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your family qualifies for a discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses.   • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay more pleasurable. You will increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are often an excellent resource to find the best local beaches and restaurants.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can typically help. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • At departure, take a walk-through to confirm you have not forget anything. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did your group have a great stay? Many rental home management companies make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
