Soak in the hot tub or swim in your 15x33 solar heated pool! Lower level has handicap accessible bedroom and bath. WiFi is available to keep you connected to the home or the office. This home is pet friendly, but only accepts one dog.

Effective 9-28-23 the elevator is not in service. Estimated replacement date is March 2024.

Handicap features: Lower level queen bedroom has 36" doorways. The top of the bed is 28" from the floor. The bathroom attached to this bedroom has 2 handrails in the shower with a fold-down seat and hand-held shower head. The shower lip is 1.5". The commode seat is 18.5" from the floor and the pedestal sink is 33.5" from the floor.
