Come take a Trip Around the Sun in this oceanside home with vistas that you'll be dreaming of long after your vacation ends! Under new ownership, if you're a returning guest, you'll quickly notice the many unique furnishings and amenities that will make your stay exceptional. The lower-level recreation room offers a pool table, a TV and DVD player, a kitchenette, an exercise bicycle, a sleeper couch, a twin bedroom, and direct access to the outdoor seasonal pool, plus two private outdoor showers. Up one level, you can soak in the seven-person hot tub while appreciating the company of good friends. Four coastal bedrooms surround a tile entryway on the second level, while the penthouse level features two more phenomenal bedrooms with striking vistas from the private balcony and windows.
Every newly decorated bedroom comes with its own TV and a beach-themed private bathroom. Free WiFi is available throughout the home, so you can research your favorite recipes or a new beach adventure any time you like. The broad kitchen offers the family chef the ability to get creative with that fresh catch while you uncork a bottle of wine from the drink cooler. Appreciate your culinary creations in the dining area with enough for everybody, surrounded by countless over-size windows that offer a photogenic view of the waves rolling in. Go for a bicycle ride or play volleyball on the private court, take in the gorgeous ocean vistas from the porch swing and outdoor picnic tables. Or, just kick back and soak up the sun in one of the deck chairs. The fish-cleaning table will make cleaning today's catch fast and simple.
During the day, move out onto one of the expansive wraparound decks to relax under the ample shade. After sundown, kick back to watch a movie on the 55-inch screen with the new audio system in the great room with a vaulted ceiling, a wet bar, a game table, and a fireplace. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already supplied in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 7 cars.

- Property management companies frequently offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. - Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious vacationers bothering your quiet neighborhood. Practice the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and places you would have never otherwise known!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
- When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to confirm you didn't leave anything behind. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Walk through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Leave a review! Hosts rely on great reviews to drive more reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will will be grateful for your review and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.
