Head out back to your own personal waterpark featuring a enormous concrete pool, furnished sundecks, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and an fresh tropical bar with plenty of shade.

A side deck off the first floor is home to a six-person hot tub with many massaging jets for the ultimate in relaxation. A wide furnished sundeck with sound vistas galore wraps around to the north and east. The fresh kitchen and dining area have tiled floors, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances that include two dishwashers. A furnished hallway leads to a south deck and a half-bath. The additional-huge seventh bedroom features deck access, a 40-inch intelligent TV, and a bespoke full bathroom with slate floor, a whirlpool tub, and a standalone shower with two showerheads.
