The upper level has a dreamy king master suite with tile shower and jetted tub and a gorgeous view of the sound. Also on the top level is the great room with TV, BluRay player, and a slider to the east deck with ocean vistas. The separate dining area has a slider to the screened porch for dining al fresco, and the sizable kitchen has a dining table and breakfast bar for plenty of seating for the family and another slider to the west deck with vistas of the sound. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
