This charming, 4,500-square-foot home features a private pool and hot tub and lakefront access for fishing and kayaking. The first level has updated vinyl floor, a recreation room with a second full-size refrigerator, a pool table, and a separate home theater room with comfortable seating for 12. The second level has a laundry room, and magnificant main bedrooms, one with an attached full bath - all bedrooms have water vistas, deck access, and TVs. Guests get the royal treatment in the fourth level's great room with tall ceilings, fresh resort furnishings, and a great electronics package. The giant kitchen with tiled floor, granite countertops, two dishwashers, double ovens, breakfast bar, and glass top stove cooking island opens to a gorgeous waterfront dining area. Expansive sun decks and screened porch wrap the Sun Princess.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already supplied in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 7 cars.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 60 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

- Lock your rental home while you're away. Keep your property safe!
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all personal items. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Go through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
