Starting with the private swimming pool, boardwalk to the beach, and relaxing 6 person hot tub, your vacation will be filled with fun and relaxation! When you enter the home you will find an entertaining game room with pool table, TV, wet bar with refrigerator and microwave and convenient full bath. Just a few steps away, you'll also find a king master bedroom with private full bath. Go for a ride in the elevator and discover more on the next level including four bedrooms, two king masters, each with private bath access to the oceanfront deck. The third bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds shares a hall bath with the fourth bath with a set of bunk beds and single bed. On the upper level you will find a delightfully roomy great room featuring wall to wall windows with beautiful ocean vistas, vaulted ceilings, enormous screen Intelligent TV and half bath. The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dual dishwashers and plenty of space. The center island provides additional seating and the dining table impresses with ocean vistas. Rounding out this level are two more king master bedrooms, each with private bath and both ocean and sound vistas. All bedrooms in the home provide a Intelligent TV. When you top all this off with ample decks offering vistas of both ocean and the sound and out-your-door beach access, you just won't be able to resist taking a LEAVE OF ABSENCE this year.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. Located in Frisco, this vacation home is on the beach.   • The sooner you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are booked very early. Reserving your rental property six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
  • To get the best value, shift your family's Hatteras trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer weather, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.
