Discover sound-front Banana Wind. This shining vacation jewel is located in Frisco's peaceful Surf and Sound subdivision and has good parking, a carport, an under-home entryway, and two main suites. Beach aficionados will treasure the home's painless walk to the superb beach right across the street. The first level features two bedrooms and a rec room with a TV, foosball game, and refrigerator. The second level features four bedrooms and simple access to wide decks with a private hot tub, ideal for soaking under the stars. The third-level great room has a 42-inch flatscreen TV, vaulted ceilings, a half bath, and postcard vistas.

Cozy furnishings and an entertainment area with a wet bar will keep all guests happy. The well-equipped kitchen with breakfast and close by dining areas is ready for snacks or fine dining. Banana Wind's wide decks and ample outdoor furnishings provide ample opportunity to appreciate elegant sunsets. There is an ORV ramp and a public beach with lifeguards located just up the road. THINGS TO KNOW

Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in e-mail and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on weather.
