Heaven awaits at Baywatch, a luxury, luxury-filled, sound-front home with serene vistas of the Pamlico Sound. Located in the exclusive Wind Over Waves subdivision, Baywatch features 7 huge bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, direct sound access from your private dock, a game room, a theater room, a 14 X 31 private pool, a hot tub, and broad decks with expansive sound vistas. Baywatch is disability friendly with an all-level elevator and ground-level ramp entry into the home.

Ground level: Ground Level Conveniences include a 14X31 private pool with optional pool heat, a hot tub, a private sound front dock with water access, a charcoal grille, a gas grille, an outdoor shower, a community boat ramp, and a driveway that accommodates up to 8 cars. As you enter the home from the lower level, you will find the expansive game room, theatre room, two bedrooms, a half bathroom, and two ensuite full bathrooms. Endless fun awaits in the game room with a foosball table, comfortable seating, a sizable TV, a DVD player, and a wet bar with a refrigerator, and microwave. You can also test your pool shooting skills in the billiard room which has a TV and access to the shared half bathroom. Off the game room is the laundry room, elevator access, bedroom #1, a Queen bedroom with an en suite full bathroom, and bedroom #2, a King bedroom with an ensuite semi-private full bathroom with a handicap-friendly shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with Intelligent TVs and have access to the massive covered deck with the hot tub.

Mid Level: Take the stairs or elevator to the next level where you will find 4 bedrooms, each with private ensuite bathrooms, and a theatre room. Bedrooms #3 and #4 are each furnished with a King bed and direct access to the covered sound view deck with seating. Bedroom # 5 is furnished with a Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full). Bedroom #6 is furnished with 2 Twin beds and has direct access to the sound-view covered deck. Each bedroom is equipped with Intelligent TVs. After a day in the sun, appreciate the theater room with comfortable seating, a enormous TV, a home theater system, a Blu-Ray player, and a wet bar. Also on this level is a laundry room and an office nook.

Top Level: As you make your way to the top floor, you will enter the remarkable great room with vaulted ceilings, expansive sound vistas from floor-to-ceiling windows, and ample seating for everybody. The chef's kitchen is equipped with double stainless steel appliances, a huge island, all of the cookware you will need, a breakfast bar that seats 4, a high-top dining table that seats 8, and another dining table that seats 10. Directly off the living area, you will find Bedroom #7, a sizeable King suite with sound vistas and an attached cavernous full bathroom boasting a whirlpool tub and large shower. From the living area, you will have access to the sound-facing decks. A half bathroom is also located near the staircase landing.

Linens and towels are included all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Wind Over Waves, a neighborhood in Salvo. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Rodanthe Pier and Ocean Air Sports are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a discount.
  • Property management companies often offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses.   • Lock your rental while you're out and about. Protect your property!
  • Re-check every room of the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings on check-out day. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did you have a great vacation? Most rental managers make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear about it.
