Step inside the home on the ground level to be welcomed by the game room complete with pool table, TV, stereo system, kitchenette with full size refrigerator and microwave and a view through the sliding glass doors to the pool area. There is a convenient half bath that also has a door to the deck for fast trips in from the pool or beach. Also on this level you'll find the laundry room with 2 sets of washers/dryers and 2 bunk bedrooms, each with private full baths. Just steps from the game room you will savor the pool area featuring the private swimming pool with kiddie pool. The hot tub is close by as well as simple beach access using the private boardwalk from the pool area to the shared boardwalk to the beach.   • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses.   • Walk through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition.
