Located at one of the narrowest points on Hatteras Island, this seven-bedroom/six- and one-half-bath home pulls off the nearly impossible feat of checking all the boxes on your wish list and then some.
Whether you choose to launch a kayak or paddleboard from the backyard or walk the few steps to the Atlantic Ocean for some beach time fun, you are nearly surrounded by water. This, too, includes the 14’ x 28’ private pool surrounded by handsome sound vistas. Plan on lunch at the picnic table, with a gas grille close by to fire up the crowd’s favorite fare. Watersport lovers and anglers will adore the under-home storage area for their gear, and everybody will find the outdoor shower an ideal convenience. After a day in the sun, take a break in the ground level game room where a pool table, foosball table, and card table inspire some competitive action. There’s also a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator and microwave, and a Intelligent TV for those simply ready to chill. Also, on the ground level are two bedrooms: a king master with ensuite bath and a room with two single beds that has use of a hallway bath.

A king master and queen master both feature ensuite baths and deck access with either sound or ocean vistas. Two additional queen bedrooms share a hallway bath.
