Feel the salty breeze at BAY BREEZE. Take in the island air on the adjoining boardwalk with private entry to a sandy soundfront beach, ideal for windsurfers, fisherman, and families. Air out your gear or catch a few rays of sun. Watch the water from three levels of decks and catch spectacular sunsets from the comfort of your vacation home.
Take a dip in the pool or simply relax on the fenced-in pool deck. Slip into the bubbly hot tub on the first level covered deck to take a moment away from everybody. Inside, challenge the family to a pool tournament. Keep everybody happy with cold drinks from the wet bar with a full-sized refrigerator and sink with plenty of space for snacks. A TV in the game room offers great background to the games. For the lazier days, curl up in the theater room with theater seats and a projection screen TV. Two bedrooms on this level are ideal for the kids. A master bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and an attached private bath and a bedroom with two twin beds that uses the hall bath.
Take the elevator between levels, or the interior and exterior stairs. The second level of the home has four master bedrooms, all with attached private baths, deck access, and handsome vistas of the island. Two bedrooms, one king master and one queen master, offer unparalleled vistas of the sound. Step out on the decks in the early morning or in the late evening to catch the wildlife and extraordinary vistas. The other two bedrooms, two queen masters, have impressive vistas where you can step out in the morning to watch the island sky turn pink from the sunrise. A sitting area on this level has sizable deck doors where you can sit inside and watch the sound, or step outside on the huge deck with seating.
The final level of the home, the third level, opens to the great room. Gather the family at the end of a long day and tell stories of the birds you saw, the fish you caught, or the gifts you bought.
