There is no comfort like Southern Comfort! Located on the sound-side in Avon, and within walking distance to eateries, an ice cream parlor, and local stores, this home offers every creature comfort your heart desires right at your fingertips. The ground level has a enormous fenced yard, concrete parking, and a carport. Around back is a cool rectangular private pool with chaise lounges and a play yard. A steamy hot tub and patio dining table furnishings will also keep everybody in the group casual and entertained. A full outdoor bathroom near the pool and hot tub add to the convenience. The amenities carry over into living level one where you will find the completely loaded game room with a pool table, electric fireplace, kitchenette including a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, and a Plasma with Blu-ray and iPod connection to the audio system. The close by theater room has comfortable leather seating, a 100-inch screen, and a top-of-the-line surround sound system. Bedroom one is a primary with a queen bed, TV, and deck access. A half bath and a laundry room are also located on this level.

The second floor has four additional-sizable, bedrooms. Each bedroom has a private bath, a TV, and deck access. Bedroom two has a pyramid bunk. Bedroom three has a queen bed. Bedroom four has a king bed. Bedroom five has two pyramid bunk beds. A half bath is also conveniently located on the stairwell landing of this floor. Level three, with the huge, airy great room, is a favorite gathering spot. The living room with a gas fireplace and a TV is anchored with a plush sectional and matching couch. The natural light flows through the many windows in the dining area with a huge table for family meals, while additional seating can be found at the breakfast bar. Two additional primary bedrooms with king beds, private baths (one with whirlpool tub), a TV, and deck access round out this level. Unwind on one of the decks while taking in the pretty sound vistas or appreciate a drink at the constructed-in bar beside the hot tub. • Property managers typically offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance.
