SOUNDSIDE Avon — Kinnakeet Shores — MERTLE COVE is tucked away amongst the oaks of Kinnakeet Shores is this enchanting home on the lake with vistas of the sound and ocean. Upon arrival, take a dip in the private pool to let your cares melt away. An entertaining game room featuring a pool table and wet bar with refrigerator and microwave welcomes you into the first level of the home. The bubbly hot tub is located in a screened porch on this level as well as the bunk bedroom and a semi-private full bath. Upstairs on the mid-level, two queen bedrooms share a full bath between them and a king master bedroom has its own private bath. The washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level and a covered wraparound deck provides a peaceful setting for calming with a glass of sweet tea. The top level is home to the king master suite with a private bath featuring dual vanity, Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The cavernous great room has vaulted ceilings, fresh decor and comfortable seating in front of the enormous flat screen TV. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing the day's meals, while the dining table and breakfast bar seat the entire group. Make plans to take a trip down to MERTLE COVE this year for an fun week at the beach. (Fireplace seen in photos is not available for guest use.)
