The king suite on the upper level has a ceramic tile walk-in shower with double bowl vanity and private deck access. The upper level also features open concept living and a ideal setting for family get-togethers with a 58-inch flat-screen Intelligent TV, an eight-seat dining table, breakfast bar and roomy, entirely equipped kitchen. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• The earlier your group can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Reserving your rental home up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
• Hosts sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
• Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses.
