The first level was designed with fun in mind with the game room with pool table and wet bar with full size refrigerator and the neighboring media room will delight the family with home theater system with surround sound and DVD. Step upstairs and relax in one of 4 welcoming bedrooms: a king master bedroom with access to its own private deck, a master with a pyramid bunk with trundle, a king bedroom and a bedroom with 2 singles that both share the convenient full hall bath. All bedrooms in the home have their own TV/DVD. Savor sky high vistas from the top level king master bedroom with private deck and striking vistas or take in the ocean vistas from the adjacent great room with home theater system with surround sound and oceanfront dining area. Retreat to the peaceful tower room for a private respite or just step outside to the wraparound decks with clear vistas of the Atlantic for a calming end to a sunny beach day. Cost saving strategies:

  • The earlier you can book, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are booked early. Reserving your rental six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.

  • Property managers often offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for details.

  • Be respectful of your neighbors. Often times, surrounding homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Just before checking out, take a final walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
