You can start your vacation with a dip in the Atlantic or in the exhilarating private pool with a relaxing hot tub. Inside, there is a convenient full bath for fast trips from the beach or pool. The first level was designed with fun in mind with the game room with pool table and wet bar with full size refrigerator and the neighboring media room will delight the family with home theater system with surround sound and DVD. Step upstairs and relax in one of 4 welcoming bedrooms: a king master bedroom with access to its own private deck, a master with a pyramid bunk with trundle, a king bedroom and a bedroom with 2 singles that both share the convenient full hall bath. All bedrooms in the home have their own TV/DVD. Savor sky high vistas from the top level king master bedroom with private deck and pretty vistas, or take in the ocean vistas from the adjacent great room with home theater system with surround sound and oceanfront dining area. Retreat to the peaceful tower room for a private respite, or just step outside to the wraparound decks with clear vistas of the Atlantic for a calming end to a sunny beach day. When you have a taste for the high life with plenty of blue ocean vistas, you’ll agree there’s nothing rather like OCEAN HI.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
