Just inside, a den featuring a queen couch bed, 4-in-1 gaming table, refrigerator, and TV equipped with an Amazon Firestick offers an alternative respite. Three of the home’s comfortable bedrooms occupy the first floor: A king master with an ensuite bath along with a room with two double beds and another with a queen bed and bunk that share a full hallway bath. A wrap-around covered deck reveals a six-person hot tub, the ideal place for galaxy gazing or a relaxing soak as you watch the sun rise. The home’s fourth bedroom, a primary king, is on the second level. This room features a hottub tub and access to a private deck. Another deck and a screened-in porch are accessible from the great room, a handsome open area that brings everybody together for feasts, fun and games and those phenomenal memories that family vacations create. Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a special rate.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. • Walk through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
