There’s tons of safe storage for watersport gear under the home and a roomy area to set up sails and rigging. No need to wait your turn for a hot/cold outdoor shower — there are two of them.

The home’s first level reveals three bedrooms: a queen bedroom with a semi-private bath that also connects to the hall; a second queen bedroom, a bedroom with a queen and a double, and a room with two sets of bunk beds that share a jack-and-jill hallway bath. All the bedrooms feature a TV and DVD player and have access to a wrap-around deck to savor the spectacular sound vistas, most notably from the 5-person hot tub.
