The master bedroom and bath combo, has it's own 12 x24 balcony, overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is well outfitted and has room for more than one prepare. The home has 47 windows providing a view anywhere you look. There is a sizable deck extending from the front door to the back. It provides plenty of room for your whole family. You can sit in the huge living room and watch tv or go to the den and savor peaceful reading time. The Castle has a huge yard, sits in a peaceful neighborhood and offers tons of privacy. Because we are located in a hurricane prone area, The purchase of "Travel Protection Insurance " is required.
