OCEANFRONT Avon - Greenwood Place There aren't many places better to watch the AVON SURF from than this roomy, modern beach home. A boardwalk to the beach is accessed directly from the property making it a fast and simple trip between the home and the ocean's waves. A bubbly hot tub, Tiki bar, and TV are located under the home- all entertained by speakers from the integrated home sound system. A cabana full bath is constructed-into this area for convenience. An outdoor shower and a fish cleaning table are close by as well as the under-home entry and parking.

Inside the home, find four enormous bedrooms on the first level including three king master bedrooms with private baths and a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds that uses the hall full bath. Two of the king bedrooms have dual vanities and walk-in showers. All bedrooms in the home have a TV and BluRay player and slider to the wraparound deck. A laundry room is also on this level which contains a laundry sink, slider to a private deck and a huge table that can be used for kids's crafts or folding laundry. Find a half bath on the landing leading up to the top level great room, which impresses with wood floor, cathedral ceilings, blue ocean vistas and tons of space. A plush leather sectional surrounds the 65" flat screen TV with BluRay and Bluetooth system for gathering in front of a movie at the end of the day.

The chefs in the family will be pleased with the bright kitchen featuring granite countertops and many amenities from home. The breakfast bar seats four to compliment the huge dining table. Just outside the slider from the dining area is a porch with picnic table for dining al fresco with an spectacular view of the AVON SURF.

Back inside you'll savor another four-seat table which flips to expose a poker table for even more fun. A game room is available for some indoor fun with foosball table and comfortable seating in front of the TV. And yes, there is a slider to the wrap-around deck from the game room as well. One more king master bedroom is located on the top level with charming ocean vistas, slider access to the deck and private bath with sizable, walk-in shower. If you are looking for a home with high-end furnishings, thoughtfully selected conveniences, close proximity to the grocery store, shopping and eateries, painless beach access and ocean vistas from just about every room in the home, then this is the one you've been waiting for. Located in Avon, this vacation home is on the beach. Cape Hatteras Lighthouse is a notable landmark, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. When to book & When to go:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.

  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Booking websites often offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.
