Inside, the lower-level game room delivers hours of entertainment with a Intelligent TV, Blu-ray player, surround sound, pool table, shuffleboard, golf arcade game, and a wet bar with a full-sized refrigerator—ideal for families or multi-generational groups. Outside, savor a friendly game of bocce ball on the private court.

The chef’s kitchen is well-supplied and makes cooking a breeze, whether you're preparing casual breakfasts or seafood feasts. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already supplied in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 4 cars.

Security camera details: cameras are off durning rental season except the HVAC area on the side of the home and facing the driveway
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
