Don't let the soundside location fool you - the boardwalk across the street provides an simple path to the ocean, just a fast walk away. When not playing in the waves, take a dip in the shining pool or walk out the back yard to the lake and put in a kayak off the dock for a quick paddle. The fishermen in the family will appreciate the fish cleaning table and rod rack under the home.

For indoor fun, head to the game room with pool table and wet bar with refrigerator and microwave. Need a break from the crowd? Check out the close by den with comfortable seating, double couch bed, and TV/DVD. Also on this level is a kids' bedroom with 2 singles that shares a full hall bath.

On the second floor find a king master bedroom, a queen master bedroom, and a queen bedroom with semi-private bath. Climb up to the top floor and discover the roomy great room with ample kitchen and dining area, and calming living area. Also on this level is a king master bedroom.

You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Hatteras attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.

Booking your rental up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
