Don't let the soundside location fool you - the boardwalk across the street provides an painless path to the ocean, just a fast walk away. When not playing in the waves, take a dip in the shining pool or walk out the back yard to the lake and put in a kayak off the dock for a quick paddle. The fishermen in the family will adore the fish cleaning table and rod rack under the home.

For indoor fun, head to the game room with pool table and wet bar with refrigerator and microwave. Need a break from the crowd? Check out the close by den with comfortable seating, double couch bed, and TV/DVD. Also on this level is a kids' bedroom with 2 singles that shares a full hall bath.

On the second floor find a king master bedroom, a queen master bedroom, and a queen bedroom with semi-private bath. Climb up to the top floor and discover the roomy great room with ample kitchen and dining area, and calming living area. Also on this level is a king master bedroom.

In the evenings, relax outdoors on one of the sun decks with ample colorful deck furnishings and cozy hammock with elegant view of the sound and lake. Catch a sunset while relaxing in the mid level screened porch or head to the top deck with hot tub.
