Your group will savor the home theater system with 46” TV, surround sound. The huge kitchen is equipped for your needs with center island, breakfast bar seating and two fridges. Sit down for meals at the dining table seating 10 with spectacular vistas. The third level master bedroom suite offers a expansive oceanview and a comfortable sitting area for relaxing. The fourth level additional loft room has a double futon and an ocean view that you can see for miles. VISTA is charmingly decorated with your comfort and needs in mind. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
