The top level features an open cavernous great room with chic wood floors, rich tropical decor, and 50" Plasma TV/DVD home theater system with surround sound. The kitchen has a splendid view towards the sound so even the chef can savor the sunsets. Step outside to the decks with both sound and ocean vistas. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
• The earlier you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your rental home up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.

• Booking websites typically offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection.
