The 1st floor features a wheelchair friendly primary king suite, with roll-in shower, and a door to the deck. A bespoke bunk room sleeps four, each bed with its own lamp and USB port. Another king bedroom with dune vistas shares hall bath with bunk room. The barn door to the den is a work of art. Inside find a 65” TV, games, couch, two recliners, and floor pillows for movie nighttime, gaming, or a peaceful place to read or do yoga. Full feature stack washer/dryer is also on this floor.
The 2nd level features spectacular ocean vistas and an open plan great room boasting multiple sitting areas, TV, and oceanfront deck. The bookshelf includes summer reading, plus shell, bird, and fish identification books. Savor sunsets from the reading nook or play at the game table with an ocean-facing window. The powder room is next to the elevator. The completely equipped gourmet kitchen offers special extras such as a coffee grinder, electric tea kettle, refrigerator with dual ice makers, oven with air-fry option, and electric knife sharpener. Dry bar with drink/wine refrigerator provides additional space to chill and serve drinks. The dining table seats 10, plus island seating.
Upstairs, the 3rd level balcony overlooks the great room, ocean, and sound. Two primary king suites each have ocean vistas, balconies and bathrooms with modern tile showers. The multi-purpose "Zoom Room” serves as a home office with a desk but can also double as a nursery for families with babies or toddlers. Pac 'N Play crib is available for this room next to the parents' suite.
