Start your stay with a splash in the shining private pool, or relax in the hot tub. Step inside, and appreciate fun-filled afternoons in the first level game room equipped with pool table, accessory ping-pong top, comfortable sitting area, and TV/DVD player with surround sound. The entertainment area also has a wet bar with refrigerator and microwave. Nearby, you’ll find a master bedroom with 2 single beds, handicapped friendly roll-in shower and TV/DVD. Also on this floor you will find an indoor/outdoor access half-bath with stack washer/dryer.

For a private getaway, select one of three bright and colorful bedrooms on the second level, all with TV/DVDs: one is a king master, one is a king bedroom with semi-private bathroom, and one is a master bedroom with two bunk beds. You can also relax in the second level media room with home theater system with surround sound and queen sleeper couch.

Upstairs, the king of the castle can escape to the king master bedroom with TV/DVD, tile shower, and Jacuzzi tub. Everyone will savor the majestic great room with towering ocean vistas, wood floors, and TV/DVD with surround sound. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your family qualifies for a special rate.
