This freshly modernized home uniquely blends a local sense of place with a cool modern design that instantly envelopes you in comfort and contentment. On the ground level, there is room to park two cars underneath the home so that they are protected from the elements. Avid anglers will note the fish cleaning station with water and lights, a new private outdoor shower, and a gas grille. A set of steps up to the first level leads you to four of the bedrooms: A king bedroom with an ensuite bath and oceanfront deck access; two queens and a pyramid bunk with trundle. All of the home’s bedrooms with the exception of one queen features Roku streaming TVs. Two hallway baths with tiled showers conveniently accommodate the post-beach rush. A six-person hot tub located on the oceanfront deck is covered to accommodate calming soaks with stellar vistas no matter the weather.   • Some property managers offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
  • Booking websites frequently offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance protection.   • Make a record of any damages to the rental at check in, and immediately send them to the owner. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are very helpful if a dispute is filed.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful vacationers disrupting your peaceful neighborhood. Apply the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and attractions you would've never otherwise known!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can typically help. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Hosts rely on great reviews to stimulate new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
