Freshly added in 2023, a 11’ x 25’ private saltwater pool makes a splash for kids and adults alike. Settle into a chaise lounge, a good book, or a cool-down soak. Or if warmer water is preferred, appreciate a relaxing respite in the 6-person hot tub. The surrounding yard offers a ideal place to set up your games as well as a picnic table to savor an alfresco lunch, complements of the charcoal grille. There’s an outdoor shower and a ground-level full bath, too, for convenient and simple clean-up.

Inside, discover a handsomely refreshed home with refreshed furnishings and décor, fresh paint and new LVP floor, and two Ecobee intelligent thermostats to ensure your stay is cool and comfortable. Those who rise with the sun can welcome the majestic sight on the deck accessible from any of the four mid-level bedrooms – two with a king, one with a queen, one with a single-over-king pyramid bunk with a single trundle. Another king master bedroom with a private jetted bathtub and deck access occupies the top floor. All of the bedrooms feature Intelligent TVs.

On the third level, soaring cathedral ceilings, huge picture windows, and an open floor plan reveal a sense of spaciousness that connects everybody to the rhythm of the room, whether it is offering a helping hand with meal prep in the kitchen, gathering around the eight-person dining table for a striking family meal, or calming on the sizable and comfortable sectional for a movie on the enormous Intelligent TV. New for 2022: Exciting interior and exterior updates are planned for the 2022 season! Inside, the home will feature new LVP floor throughout, fresh paint, new ceiling fans, updated and new furnishings and décor, as well as a new water filtration system on the kitchen sink, and two Ecobee intelligent thermostats. There will be a TV in every bedroom, the ships watch and the great room. A new entertainment game table will be added to the ships watch to make it a game room with an epic view. The bed configuration will feature three kings, one queen, and two singles all with new linens. Outside, there will be new deck furnishings and a six-person hot tub.

Located in Salvo, this vacation home is on the beach. Fort Raleigh National Historic Site and Bodie Island Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Rodanthe Pier and Ocean Air Sports.
