The fun does not stop after a day at the beach… appreciate the hot tub, and the roomy seating areas inside, or relax on the sundeck to watch the ocean waves. Ground Level: Ground-level amenities include private beach access over a wooden walkway, a fish cleaning table, a charcoal grille, an outside shower, and a driveway that accommodates up to 4 cars.
Mid Level: Entering the home, from the mid-level covered deck, you will find Bedroom #1, furnished with a Queen bed, a Twin bed, and an attached private full bathroom. The detached primary suite is ideal if you are traveling with a multigenerational family and provides an additional area for peaceful time.
Top Level: The upper level features an expansive open living area with elegant ocean vistas. The living area includes a full entertainment center with a TV, and plenty of seating. From the living area is access to the cavernous deck with plenty of seating for everybody, access to the beach, and a 6-person hot tub. The kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare your favorite meal and a dining table that seats 8. Off the kitchen is a half bathroom and a laundry area. On this level, you will also find 4 spacious bedrooms each equipped with a TV. Bedroom # 2 is furnished with a King bed. Bedroom # 3 is furnished with a Queen bed. Bedrooms #2 and #3 are connected by a jack-and-jill full bathroom. Bedroom #4 is furnished with a Queen bed and a Twin Bed. Bedroom #5 is furnished with a King bed and an ensuite full bathroom.

Fireplace is not for guest use
Linens and towels are supplied all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

- In the Hatteras area, The earlier you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked early. Booking your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
- Summer months are high season in Avon. Booking your vacation home in the Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
- Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. - Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
- When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to confirm you didn't forget anything. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
