This well-appointed home located in Avon Village features 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, expansive ocean vistas from the broad ocean-facing deck, and direct access to the beach over the wooden walkway for a day of sun-soaked fun! The fun does not stop after a day at the beach… savor the hot tub, and the cavernous seating areas inside, or relax on the sundeck to watch the ocean waves. Don't forget your 4-legged family member… Gypsies, Tramps and Thieves is dog friendly!

Ground Level: Ground-level amenities include private beach access over a wooden walkway, a fish cleaning table, a charcoal grille, an outside shower, and a driveway that accommodates up to 4 cars.

Mid Level: Entering the home, from the mid-level covered deck, you will find Bedroom #1, furnished with a Queen bed, a Twin bed, and an attached private full bathroom. The detached primary suite is ideal if you are traveling with a multigenerational family and provides an additional area for peaceful time.

Top Level: The upper level features an expansive open living area with handsome ocean vistas. The living area includes a full entertainment center with a TV and DVD player, and plenty of seating. From the living area is access to the roomy deck with plenty of seating for everybody, access to the beach, and a 6-person hot tub. The kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare your favorite meal and a dining table that seats 8. Off the kitchen is a half bathroom and a laundry area. On this level, you will also find 4 spacious bedrooms each equipped with a TV. Bedroom # 2 is furnished with a King bed. Bedroom # 3 is furnished with a Queen bed. Bedrooms #2 and #3 are connected by a jack-and-jill full bathroom. Bedroom #4 is furnished with a Queen bed and a Twin Bed. Bedroom #5 is furnished with a King bed and an ensuite full bathroom.

Fireplace is not for guest use

Linens and towels are supplied all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Located in Avon, this vacation home is on the beach. Sticking to your rental budget:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • To get the largest rental home for your budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Hatteras attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property management companies often offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.
