OCEANVIEW Avon — Due East Dr. — We see you. You’re ready for a family vacation intent on calming, restoring and re-connecting; a place to gather together and hit the pause button as one. Please meet SEA YOU SOON, a five-bedroom/four-full and one-half-bath home located just one lot back from the sandy Atlantic beach that checks all those boxes from the ground up.

From the ground level, spend sunny days on the just-a-boardwalk-walk-away beach or catching rays from a private poolside lounge chair. For those who have spent the day catching fish instead, there’s an outdoor shower and gas and charcoal grilles to prepare your soon-to-be-dinner. Just off the pool area, the home reveals the ideal kid lair where a room with two bunk beds, a full hallway bath and a game room with a foosball table and Intelligent TV give the younger family members their own private space. A laundry closet completes this floor. Discover three more bedrooms on the second level: a roomy king with an ensuite bath and deck access, along with a queen and another king that share a full hallway bath and access to a six-person hot tub on a screened-in porch. All of these bedrooms feature flat screen Intelligent TVs.

The fifth and final bedroom, a king master suite with a flat screen Intelligent TV, enormous bathroom, and access to the top-level sundeck is located on the third level. This bedroom opens its French doors into the great room, a space that conjures the real magic of bringing your family together. Enveloped by a clean and crisp design, this communal living space is open, airy and light-filled. The cavernous kitchen, featuring stainless appliances and granite countertops, has everything you need to feed a hungry crowd either at the four-stool breakfast counter or the eight-seat dining table positioned by two walls of windows for a ideal view. While the great room features a huge flat screen TV and DVD player, the must-see watching will most likely come from the deck, where settling into new outdoor furnishings with a cool drink you have fixed at the bar will likely be the start of each day’s end.
