From the ground level, spend sunny days on the just-a-boardwalk-walk-away beach or catching rays from a private poolside lounge chair. For those who have spent the day catching fish instead, there’s an outdoor shower and gas and charcoal grilles to prepare your soon-to-be-dinner. Just off the pool area, the home reveals the ideal kid lair where a room with two bunk beds, a full hallway bath and a game room with a foosball table and Intelligent TV give the younger family members their own private space.
