The ground level also includes an outdoor kitchen with stovetop, microwave, sink, gas grille and table with seating for effortless al fresco dining.

The upper levels of Windrush By The Sound are equally impressive, featuring updates and sought-after amenities throughout. A reverse floorplan makes the most of the waterfront location, with the main living area on the top floor where everybody can appreciate the unobstructed vistas of the sound. There's plenty of space to gather and entertain in the open-concept great room with comfortable electric fireplace and a wall of west-facing windows for admiring the view.
