With more than 2,800 square feet of living space, this sound-front home is handsomely isolated on 15+ acres of maritime forest and wetlands. The top floor has a gourmet kitchen with a six-burner Viking range and an additional-sizable oven, so cooking may become delightful on vacation. From the open kitchen, living room, and dining room, you have excellent vistas. The living room's big-screen TV with a home theater is great for movie nights, so bring your favorite DVDs. The first master bedroom is on the top floor, offering a bespoke, additional-huge walk-in shower. On the second level is a den with a huge-screen TV, vistas of the sound, and deck access. This deck is shaded by live oak trees; it's a great place to kick back and read a book. The hot tub is also located on this deck in the screened porch.

Three bedrooms are located on the middle floor, including a second master bedroom. On the ground floor is another den with a game room featuring air hockey, a full-size video arcade, and a enormous-screen TV, creating a great place for the kids to have fun. Two additional bedrooms are on this floor, including the bunk room.

Knock Out has the best vistas of the Pamlico Sound and the surrounding wetlands; many locals claim they're the best vistas on Hatteras Island. Appreciate striking windsurfing, kiteboarding, and kayaking from this location, as well as direct walk-in access with a grassy rigging area, board racks, and locking storage. There are two outdoor showers, grilles, and a fish-cleaning station as well. Carefully molded into the landscape, Knock Out sits at the end of a long driveway with direct access to miles of roads for running or cycling.

You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in e-mail and during the check-in process. The club is typically open mid-May to mid-October, depending on weather.

Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group.
  • Booking websites typically offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses.
