Unwind in the bubbly hot tub on the roomy second level covered deck or take a exhilarating dip in the clear blue private pool. Step out of the sun for indoor entertainment in the first level game room with pool table, flat panel TV/DVD and mini-refrigerator for simple access to mid-day snacks and drinks. A cheerful kids’ bedroom is close by with two sets of bunk beds, as well as a convenient full bath and laundry area. On the second level, stretch out in the den with flat panel TV/DVD and queen couch bed, or savor some peaceful time in one of four comfortable bedrooms. Sticking to your spending plan:

  • Summer months are the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To book the largest rental for your budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies typically offer renters an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses.   • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
