Perched on 135 feet of pristine beach front, this 4,200-sq.-ft. cedar shake home presents a unique design to accommodate your extended family or favorite friends with plenty of space to gather as one, or to find peaceful moments all to yourself.

From the moment you pull up to the home, the ground level of this home presents a thrilling playground of possibilities. Outside, picture your family at play in an oceanfront private saltwater pool, calming in the seven-person hot tub, sharing a picnic lunch in a screened-in porch, stirring up a drink at the covered bar area or cooling off in the two screened-in outdoor showers. Gone fishing? There’s a lighted fish-cleaning table to prepare the day’s catch. No need to miss the big game - a poolside intelligent TV and speaker system offers al fresco viewing or a convenient way to stream your favorite tunes. Inside, the competition heats up in a game room that sports another intelligent TV, foosball, shuffleboard, and pool table and a full kitchen to conveniently prep poolside lunches and snacks. The home’s final bedroom, a king featuring an oceanfront private deck and sitting room, is located on the upper level. This is also where your family will gather for your vacation’s most magical moments. A grand gourmet kitchen featuring two dishwashers and two fridges makes meal planning and prepping an anticipatory enjoyment. Start the day with freshly brewed coffee from an elevated ocean front breakfast nook with wet bar, ice maker and wine cooler. Find your perfect rental:

  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • To get the largest rental within budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Hatteras restaurants and activities.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all of your things. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
